YOGURT WITH FRUIT, WALNUTS AND OATS, TOAST AND JUICE
INGREDIENTS: (1 serve)
- Yogurt
- Different types of fruit (according to your taste)
- Oats
- Avocado toast if you want
- Orange juice
- Walnuts
UTENSILS:
- Wooden board to cut the fruit
- Orange juicer
- Knife
- Bowl to put the fruit and yogurt with oats
METHOD:
- In a bowl put one yogurt and two handfuls of oats
- Cut the fruit in a wooden board and put in the bowl with the yogurt and the oats and add a few walnuts
- When we have the fruit in the bowl, toast the bread and spread the smashed avocado on it
- Finally you squeeze 2 or 3 oranges and put the juice into a glass and you would have your breakfast
