YOGURT WITH FRUIT, WALNUTS AND OATS, TOAST AND JUICE

INGREDIENTS: (1 serve)

  • Yogurt
  • Different types of fruit (according to your taste)
  • Oats
  • Avocado toast if you want
  • Orange juice
  • Walnuts

UTENSILS:

  • Wooden board to cut the fruit
  • Orange juicer
  • Knife
  • Bowl to put the fruit and yogurt with oats

METHOD:

  1. In a bowl put one yogurt and two handfuls of oats
  2. Cut the fruit in a wooden board and put in the bowl with the yogurt and the oats and add a few walnuts
  3. When we have the fruit in the bowl, toast the bread and spread the smashed avocado on it
  4. Finally you squeeze 2 or 3 oranges and put the juice into a glass and you would have your breakfast
